Review: Hard Candy Cosmetics....

Thursday, August 19, 2010

Hi Everyone!!

I got some Hard Candy goodies to tell you about!

I remember Hard Candy when it was in Sephora and now its even more accessible at your local Wal-Mart. The good folks over at Hard Candy sent this goodies over for review to let's get started. I received:

Hard Candy Plexi Glass Glossy Lip Shine in Arm Candy- The formula is smooth but a tad bit sticky. Its also very sheer but the tiny bit of pink and pink glitter showed up well on me. I've been wearing the gloss alot!

Hard Candy Sheer Envy Tinted Moisturizer in Light - was too light for me so I can't give you a honest assessment of it.

Hard Candy 1000 Lashes-Fiberized Lash Weave Mascara in Indigo Blue - The sheer look of the product on the wand is SCARY. It has all these little 'fibers' on it. I took shot at it and even though it thickened my lashes it didn't elongate them. However, I'm in love with colored mascaras these days! That's a trend worth talking about in makeup and beauty.

( Final Look with Lip Gloss in Arm Candy)

I received a free product (or products) for review purposes. I did not receive any form of compensation from the company. All opinions are my own and not influenced in anyway. My reviews are my personal and honest opinions

Why I think an Energizer Smart Charger would make my life easier by Jamie!

Wednesday, August 18, 2010

Energizer Smart Charger would make life so much easier, you would not believe it! Lol! Between my digital camera, which only take the highest charged battery, my twin boys toys’ which always ALWAYS require batteries, and our main TV remote, which mysteriously is loses one battery a week, I’m the prime the candidate for the Energizer Smart Charger. The idea of putting old batteries in a device that will save me from buying the entire battery section at Wal-Mart after Christmas is wonderful idea! Thanks for the opportunity to express my need for Energizer Smart Charger!

Go Green, Get Glam!: Review: Baggu....

Remembering to use a reuseable shopping bag requires effort and the memory of a Mensa member. LOL! No, but really, I have TONS of very sturdy, very cute reusable shopping bags that I totally forget to use all the time. Why? I can't call it, but I've found a easy solution in Baggu.

Baggu comes in great colors and is stored in a little pouch that you can just drop in your handbag. I put my Baggu( I got the Khaki color)in the outside pocket of my latest bag with my phone, so I know its there. I've used it over the last week or two to much success. Its holds a serious amount of grocery, which is my main issue with reusable shopping bags. I shop at the market, twice a week at the most and I always have a zillion plastic bags. I took my Baggu out at the Piggly Wiggly yesterday and that cashier filled her up! Felt good to be conscious.:)

I also used my Baggu at CVS. I put my Green Tag on the Baggu. :)

They also sell Baggu 3x, which is made for grocery shopping, too , Baby Baggu, for smaller shopping trips and produce bags, which is a must have for me now!

Visit the site and shop at www.Baggu.com, Twitter and Facebook!

If you follow or 'like' me on RGBL Facebook Page....you know I LOVE jewelry. I thank my Grandma and Mom for that. My Grandma was a woman of 'real' jewelry. She loved gold jewelry and pearls. My Mom likes costume jewelry, the fun stuff that doesn't cost of fortune and looks great with everything. My jewelry addiction is truly hereditary!

When I was given the opportunity to review Just Gano, I was, of course, excited. lol! Just Gano brings beautiful, affordable jewelry to your doorstep in monthly in three great options. You can choose Deb(7.95, 1 piece a month), Demi ( $21.95, 3 pieces a month) and Diva (39.95, 6 pieces a month). You create a wish list of your choosing from the amazing selection of high quality designer jewelry and each month you get sent your membership option. You know how I love monthly memberships of beauty products, so Just Gano was a done deal!

I choose Demi( three products a month) and was also sent a review piece. In addition to that, I got a sign up bonus piece of a crystal bracelet and ANOTHER silver tone bracelet just because I signed up on a Friday. There always great deals going on at Just Gano!

Review Piece: The Heirloom Crystal Stretch Bracelet- very comfortable to wear and versatile. I wore it one day because I wanted a pick me up. Looking down at my wrist sparkling was divine...
My wish list pieces...

The Fifth Avenue Bracelet- a beautiful vintage-like piece with rhinestones and pearls. Although I love this piece, I had a pearl missing in it. But being who I am( the Work It Out Queen) I turned it around so that the missing pearl area would not show and it was smooth sailing from then....
The Amethyst Romanitique- I love this seed bead necklace and can't wait to wear it in the Fall the most.

The Abstract Leaf Necklace: My favorite piece. It has that modern matte finish and perfect length.
