***Thursday is Weigh In Day...I weigh myself ONCE a week. I can't jump on the scale every day, all times of the day, when I feel fat, before a date....too much on my medicated brain. lol! Once a week is good for me. I'm a born again scale person. I'm just now embracing the scale. I avoid it all thru my teens and twenties....***

Considering the eating out I did over the weekend because I was SICK of cooking...I lost three pounds!! Can't help to be happy! Yes, I ate out alot, but was very mindful of what I was eating and the choices. I have Panera( I got them down to a science, might need post about that), Chinese takeout ( steamed dumplings or Wonton Soup), and Starbucks ( science down packed for them too! no mini desserts!).
I'm so ready to hit the 20lb mark, more so, the size 16 mark. I did something I NEVER do. I bought a pair of brown Gap cargos in a 16 from the Goodwill to look forward to getting into this summer. I think a 16 will probably be when I hit 25 or 30 down because I can wear a 18 now and the 20s are waayyyyy to big ( Hallelujah!!!!) I remember when I first had buy clothes in a size 20 and was in disbelief that they fit...snug. wow.
