Today, I played with the Wet N' Wild Fauna Collection...... I was kind of excited...after I swatched the shadows, the colors looked gorgeous! I even liked the gloss swatch! lol!
The Fauna Collection includes:
Eyeshadow trio 33830 Fauna
Blusher 831E Pearlescent Pink
Glassy Gloss lip gel 311 A Glass Confusion
Fast Dry 227C Teal Or No Teal
I used everything, every color, except for the polish, Teal or No Teal, which I already own. It was in that 2011 Summer Nail Pail they had and its a permanent color.
Excuse all the highlight under my brows...I'm trying to perfect that sculpted brow look but I'm have trouble finding the perfect concealer to do it with. I swear, when it comes to learning makeup techniques, I'm on the lowest reading level, it takes me forever to get something right. smh....
I just did the diagram on the shadows, purple on the lid, teal in the crease, yellow-gold highlight on the brow bone. I only used UD Primer Potion on the lid before applying and the pigmentation of all three colors is great. However, they are HELL to blend, so get your elbow grease ready!!!
The gloss had a hint of color once it hit my lips but not much. The color reminds me of a old MAC lipglass I was crazy about called Morning Glory. I went thru like two tubes of that.:)
If you had to choose between Flora and Fauna.....get Fauna. Fauna was more usable for me than Floral.
Do you own this collection? Let me know!
