Hey Everyone!!!

Wet n wild's new MegaLast gloss(?) has the oddest texture and it has boggled the beauty community. They go on wet then dry to a horrible, tight, dry texture. However, through the power of the Internet, instagram to be exact, I found out that if you apply Vaseline before you apply the gloss you will not get the tight dryness but you will still have the matte finish. You can pull a bit more vaseline top the gloss for shine and a even more comfortable wear .

~Swatches + Looks~ Khroma Beauty Kim's Kardazzle Palette....

Hey Everyone!!

Today( the last day), I'm showing you the last of my Khroma Beauty haul with the Kim's Kardazzle Palette. I purchased it at Ulta for 50% off.

 Kim's Kardazzle includes:

4 matte shadows( they have bits of glitter in them)

4 shimmer or metallic eyeshadows

1 blush

1 bronzer

1 highlighter

 Here are the swatches in order as they come in the palette.....

 Today ,I wore only the shadows. I have wore the blush and highlighter a couple of days before...

~Overall~

-I actually liked this palette. I like the combination of blues and greys to make a blue smoky eye or a black grey smoky eye. I can see going to this palette when I want to do looks like those.

-The quality in this palette is a step above the Kourtney's Kardazzle palette or the Shebang palette. The colors are very pigmented and blended well. I was surprised by that. Why is Kim's palette BETTER? LOL! Get yo life.

-The blush is this palette is the bomb. Its like the perfect bright blush that looked great on me. Crazy.

-HOWEVER, don't buy this full price, like wait until  they show up in TJ Maxx, Marshalls or Big Lots.:)

~Swatches + Looks~ Khroma Beauty Kourtney Kardazzle Palette....

Hey Everyone!!

Today we have the Khroma Beauty Kourtney Kardazzle Palette. I got this for 50% off at Ulta.

 There are eight shadows: four mattes and four metallic shimmers.....

 There is a blush, a highlighter and a bronzer....

 Here are the swatches with a brush.....

 Here's the look I created with the palette. I tried the blush and highlighter a couple of days before and they don't work on my skin.

~Overall~

-The colors that were put together are beautiful but once again with Khroma Beauty, the quality is terrible. The lighter matte shades are chalky and metallics are clumpy and hard to work with. 

-The blush, highlighter and bronzer were not my color. Oh well.

-I will say that the palette itself is well made. Reminds me of something NYX would make.

I pulled out maybelline bit of berry today for my Lippie of the day. One of favorite blogger Mckenzie Renee blogged about this color once and ran out and picked it up. Such a pretty berry shade!!!

~Swatches and Looks~ Khroma Beauty Shebang Quick Transformation Set....

Hey Everyone!!

So, yeah....What you are seeing is Khroma Beauty, the Shebang Transformation Kit, to be  exact. LOL!

See what happened WAS, it was 50% off at Ulta so this kit was $7.49. I wanted try some of the Kardashian empire makeup. I swear, these kids got their hands in everything. However, that can prove to not be good. Keep reading.:)

 The Shebang Transformation Kit includes:

-Shadow Palette( all metallics)

-Black Eyeliner

-Sponge Applicator

-A pair of lashes

 Here are swatches with a brush of the eye shadow palette.

 I gave this palette and liner to go's around the park. I'll save the lashes for some other look.

~Overall~

-Over saturation of all thing Kardashian pulverized this palette. The quality is low grade. I have beauty supply makeup from Kleancolor and Nicka K better than this shadow. I will say, the blending is good on them, for cheaply made shadow. With the right brushes and technique, they are workable.

-The black liner is trash. Its not dark enough nor does it stick to the water line.

-I like the color set up, the bronzes and golds but the metallic texture is chunky and clumpy.

-DO NOT, if you buy this kit, DO NOT spend $15 on it. Find it on sale. This whole Khroma Beauty thing could have been a hit like the Nicole for OPI polish they did but its a no go for this kit.

~Lippie of the Day~ Nicka K Orange Tint...

Hey Everyone!!

This week , I've been playing with some new shadow palettes (looks coming soon!) and did a burnt orange eye. I paired the eye look with Nicka K's Orange Tint which is a $1 at my local BSS. It's really build able , it goes on like a sheer tint but as you can see in the photos, it's opaque and bright!!

I changed my lipstick three times before I got it right this morning! But I ended up going with Covergirl Lip Perfection Lipstick in Hot Passion. Hot or Hot Passion is the color that singer Janelle Monae wears in her CG ad. I absolutely adore it !

~Review~ Revlon Nearly Nude Foundation in Chestnut.....

Hey Everyone!!

I have a review for you on Revlon Nearly Naked Foundation. I picked the color Chestnut because I know that in any formulation of a Revlon foundation, the darkest shade they offer, Cappuccino, is too dark. Chestnut is the shade before Cappuccino.

 I purchased my bottle at Walmart. ( with flash)

 ( without flash) This picture are more of its true color.

Swatch on the back of my hand. I also swatched on my wrist just to make sure and the matches were pretty good.

After applying Nearly Naked all over the face....

~Overall~

Chestnut is ok match but the undertones were too light of a yellow so the foundation is too light for me. It was really was too light and ashy around my mouth area, which is darker than other areas of my face. It also did not oxidize and get darker on me, it stayed that same light shade every day I applied it. OMG, I wanted Nearly Naked to WORK!!! It would have been perfect for the summer. I still wear foundation in the summer, just lighter formulations but this shade matching problem nixed that idea. Waaaaaa!!!!:(
