***Thursday is Weigh In Day...I weigh myself ONCE a week. I can't jump on the scale every day, all times of the day, when I feel fat, before a date....too much on my medicated brain. lol! Once a week is good for me. I'm a born again scale person. I'm just now embracing the scale. I avoid it all thru my teens and twenties....***

The day I hit 20lbs lost was a rough day. I had so much stress and mess going on in my life, I couldn't celebrate it properly. Life shouldn't be like that. You wait for something great to happen like losing 20 lbs and you can be happy because the other baggage crowding the room. Time to clean the mess, AGAIN. However, I'm very happy and pleased to hit half way for 2010 in May....it five months for me to lose 20lbs but dammit....I lost it!! LOL!

Whattt??? Two pounds!!! In a week???!?! Awesome! I can tell you why though....I had nothing to eat. I was short on cash so I took my money bought grocery for the kids and didn't cook two dinners and ate what they ate. Plus, I only ate out ONCE in the two weeks because of short ends. I didn't like that I couldn't buy what I wanted to eat but it taught me a valuable lesson. Well-being comes first. I rather have the food that will keep me healthy and on the right track than new clothes or makeup. So, treating myself is being able to buy all the veggies I want at the grocery store so I will continue to lose weight. We all make bad financial decisions but all you have to do is not make them again. Its that simple to me.
