Glam Grub: Gail Ambrosius Chocolatier....

Chocolate is my heart's desire. It is truly the best snack to me! I was so honored to try Gail Ambrosius Chocolates...yummy dark chocolate handcrafted to perfection. I'm almost speechless as to tell you my feelings about every thing...but I serve purpose to bring my readers the best in snacking! lol!

Gail Ambrosius Chocolates are based in Madison, Wisconsin. Every thing is made in small batches and free of preservatives.

I tried the Hazelnut Wafers, Ginger Trail Mix and the Six-piece Chocolatier's Choice box of truffles.

By far the Ginger Trail Mix is AMAZING! It has these serious pieces of sugared ginger that are fantastic! I need more of this right now! I was literally eating the crumbs from the bottom of the bag.

The Hazelnut Wafers were delightful. A thin piece of chocolate that melted on your tongue with a bit of crunch...

The Six-Piece Chocolatier's Choice had truffles with salt, lavender and ginger sprinkled a top. My favorite piece with a Caramel truffles with Grey Salt. The mix of sweet and salty was right up my alley.
