Hi Everyone!!
I'm so sorry for the lack of posts. I have no camera and I have allowed this roadblock to get in the way. I was reminded of about three years ago when I couldn't afford to by beauty products to review and haul and instead of quitting blogging, I just found a way around it. Hence, you have almost a year of Shop My Stash posts! Yes, they came out of no new products and no money. So this is just another roadblock. Til' I can afford the camera I need and want, I will keep pushing. I think weight loss is just as comparable. When you can't afford a gym membership or a some expensive diet plan, you have to find your way around the "roadblock" So let's catch up!

That 20lbs down is just waving at me, right?!?! lol! Considering the stress I've been under....I lost a pound and instead a gaining one.

Didn't lose any this week...didnt gain either. I'm wondering if stress is slowing down my weight loss. I had a full week of Easter practice and soccer practice with the kids plus the day in and day out with them and my mom had two kidney stones removed and I'm her only child so I took care of her. She gave me the most hell, not taking care of herself or obeying the doctor's orders. Then its that time of the month, so I was on the edge. I haven't thought of suicide in a while...but this week brought back all those memories. That's another story for another day. I could go on and on, I was money strapped, kids just doing crazy stuff, my body in pain....ugh.
How do you handle weight loss under stress? Tell me what you do.:)

I commend you for sharing your weight loss journey. I know it's hard but your determination is admirable. I don't know if there is a Y in your area but they have low to free memberships for people who qualify. My friend who was downsized last year was able to get a $10 a month membership for her & her daughter. While her daughter is at school she walks the track, does cardio, takes advantage of the free WiFi to job hunt, etc. Keep up the good work!
Thank you sis for your encouragement. I had a Y membership and it ran out but I will be signing back up for the summer quarterly so the kids can go to pool and stuff.
