July 2011 Beauty Favorites....

 My July 2011 Beauty Favs will be coming via  post rather than video because I haven't gotten my set up for videos together. slack, I know. :(

I didn't have one makeup favorite even though I tried out some new makeup items. Nothing stuck for me but here are my favorite items for July:

Milani Smoothe Base Coat and Glosse' Top Coat: I won this duo on a giveaway on Nouveau Cheap. Together, they make for a long lasting manicure. The only thing I would tell Milani is that they need to re-name them because by looking at the name of the top and base coat, you don't know that the base coat has a ridge filler and the top coat is a fast dry top coat.

mark. by avon Lemon Sugar Whipped Up Body Butter,  3N1 Body Cleanser, and Body Mist: I literally wore this trio day in and day out for two weeks when I recieved it. Its fresh and sweet, like lemons baked in sugar! The Body Butter is even lightweight for the summer and spray is phenomenal for refreshing the scent all day.

Savor Whipped Soap in Noe Valley, Mendhi, My Boyfriend's T-Shirt: I can not RAVE enough about this Etsy seller and these wonderful whipped soaps. Now, all three of these scents are the 2oz samples but they come in a much larger size. Noe Valley smells like a good looking man!! lol! My Boyfriend's T-shirt is exactly what it is, fresh, clean, and warm. Mendhi is warm and will be amazing for this fall. I have wishlist of other Savor whipped soaps on Etsy favorites waiting to order when the owner come off vacay on the 8th.:)

~FOTD~ Golden Goddess....

 I have all those Wet N' Wild Holiday 2010 palettes and I really don't wear them. I dug up Golden Goddess this morning. This really should be a "Shopping My Stash" post!

 

 Still wearing that DOPE Kiss New York Gloss in Lust...

The Beauty Supply Stores are up'ing the game on those feather earrings...I got these for only a $1. I have several from the BSS because I like the simple feather earrings, not the one's with bells and whistles down to your waist! So if you like the feather earrings and extension trend( one of my BSS' does the extensions for like $5 a feather WTF) but you don't wanna invest because nobody will be wearing these next summer....go to the local BSS!

~Adorn'd~ $5 Wal-Mart Bohemian/Glam Bracelet Set!

 Well, actually it was $4.98.

Wal-Mart is trying to step their little jewelry game up but alot of what they are selling are earrings, necklaces, bracelets that you can buy for $1 or $2 at a local BSS. I'm soooo hip to that hustle Wallyword, so whatever. Alot of that jewelry is super marked up and sold at triple the price.

But this set looked soooo Target. lol! Like this would be in Target for $8.98.

I love it though. I've been wearing since Saturday, with everything.

I've been seeing DIY projects of people making the braided bracelets....hmmmmm:)

~FOTD~ Fuchsia and Coral....

 Ran some errands today: weekly grocery shopping and trying to get of jury duty ( which was fail but at least its only one day and I get $10. lol!) I've been dying to wear this vintage 100 % silk blouse. Even thought it was 100 degrees I was cool as a fan in it! Best $1 I've spent in a while. I wanted to go thrifting so bad today to see if I could unearth some more goodies!

Thought that MAC Viva Glam Cyndi was a perfect combo with the Fuschia...I couldn't find this lipstick for the longest...It was some where in my stash.

Also rocking the vintage "twister" beads my mother let me have for FREE. smh
