So I when I got the chance to review Aroma Home Snuggle Me Microwavable Hottie was Ready, Set, Go!Aroma Home Snuggle Me is a natural flax seed filled compress that is scented with strawberry and vanilla. You heat it in the microwave for 30 seconds( max time: 1 minute) and you have instant warm bliss....
I found that the 30 seconds, not even the one minute, was hot enough for me. I put in at 2 minutes and it was warm-hot, which worked. It stayed pretty hot for about 2 hours, or at least I think. The three times I've used it, I've fallen asleep with it on! So soothing:) The scent is wonderful too but I could do without it. Maybe a Lavender scent would be more soothing....
